I almost skipped commenting on this Andrew Huberman mess from New York Magazine. Why? Because it’s overly sensationalized gossip dressed as news. ‘Oh, the recently rich and famous Phd self-optimization guru that’s on TRT and who has never been married has multiple girlfriends?’ Damn, that’s so crazy I would have never guessed.

All true, but for a person pursuing virtue and building character , i.e. responses to these pulls and pushes on one's ego centric behaviors that result in integrity and authenticity, honesty and courage , these truths are depreciated until doubtful . So Huberman's pursuit has been ?
Huberman behaved in an illegal way and needs to be taken to court. He knowingly and purposely gave Sarah (and possibly others) a life threatening STD simply because HE didn't want to get one. How? His mating strategy was to be polyamorous while pretending monogamy. He's a smart man living in California where there is no dearth of polyamorous communities that would have welcomed him with open (ha!) arms. But he didn't want to sleep with women who were sleeping with other men. He wanted to sleep with other women while all those women were monogamous to him. Thus he had to pretend to be monogamous in order to get those monogamous women to sleep with him without a condom. He didn't want to get an STD but he had no problem knowingly exposing those women to STDs himself. This was all carefully plotted out by him. Pre-meditated. Now at least one of them we know of has HPV, which in many cases causes cervical cancer.
